The driver didn’t have the code to enter the building which is odd! They deliver here all they time. He left a phone number for me to call for pick up the following day. It was a Louis Vuitton purse so I wanted to make sure I picked it up. When I called the number a lady answered the phone STEVE S POOL HALL!!!!! When I said WHAT I’m calling DHL she immediately put me on hold and told me they dared her to do it. Very unprofessional!! I immediately drove out to get my package. There was no one in the office I had to walk into the bay finally someone came over and asked what I needed. No one could find the package. Finally 5 minutes later someone brought me the package. Definitely do not recommend.
