I came there at 7:45pm for sending an document and the lady there is too proud to talk with. She said "I can't read your character" she repeat many times that sentence and my friend have to write down again for her. Actually she can ask me politely and I absolutely can rewrite the address without problem. My friend who is American but he can read and rewrite very easily without my support. When she said " I need address", I replied " yes you got the city, the district and the ward, here is the number and the name of street". She keep repeating " I need address, I need the address". She does not want to listen to me and ignore what I said. At last, she only satisfy when my friend give her paper with the number and name of street, exactly what I told her, it's ridiculous. I don't understand what kind of that attitude is but for me it's so unrespectful and I never want to go back there again.

I recently visited the DHL Express Service Point, the service was beyond exceptional. The young man who assisted me was very polite, courteous and professional. He took time to answer all my international mailing questions. He obviously knew his product very well. I'd undoubtedly recommend this DHL site to anyone. Everytime i go to the service point , the lady over there is very rude and unprofessional, she yells when talking and it feels very insulting.
I am getting DHL express shipments and i pay huge money to get my parcels, the least i expect is that they talk in a decent and professional way. My parcel says its here at the location ready for pick up, but the lady is very lazy to go back and check, when i insisted , she went back there and said they cant unload it right now, come back monday.
When i saw my app, it says pick up at 8:22 pm on monday, the office closes at 8 pm.
I was so upset with their behavior and no courtesy to clients.
The man over there at service point is very helpful but he is not there always, i dont know what to do.
Can someone help please?

I pulled in and got yelled at for parking too close to the line The lady working the store screamed through my window "You parked terribly" i got out of my car to show her my tire wasn't over the line. She went in to open the store and i was the first person in line. It was very awkward to be a customer to get yelled in the parking lot then come in to the actual store and be treated like nothing happened. Treat customers with respect.

This facility is closing before the coomuniated working hours , I drove an hour to reach the office but they are already closed

My shipment is being placed on hold for 'more information' everyday. I have repeatedly given information to DHL that the address is correct, that there are certain delivery hours for the location, and that the driver needs to call me prior to the delivery being marked as unsuccessful. I still do not have the package and I am so tired of the empty promises being made by people on the phone or over the chat line.
