A package from overseas was shipped promptly and moved quickly, that is until it was received in the DHL hub in Cincinnati Ohio, where it has either been lost, or forgotten about. The DHL story is that it is on hold (code word that means we don't have a clue as to where your package is).

It's been on the hold list for almost a week, a supervisor promised to call back to advise me as to what really was happening with my package, after no call her voicemail is no longer accepting calls This carrier is less than professional and appears to no one in charge The only advise I would give any potential shipper is to find a more reliable and customer service oriented logistics operator , otherwise cross your fingers, carry a four leaf clover , hang a Horseshoe around your neck and lastly, throw a pinch of salt over your left shoulder...otherwise may the luck of the Irish be with you.

I know DHL gets a lot of negative reviews but I had a package sent from London and it arrived within 3 days. Knowing I had to sign for it, I had it routed to a service point in Nashville. Sabrina provided great customer service was able to quickly retrieve the box from the back and I was on my way within a couple minutes.

If it would let me give you zero stars you would be getting that.
How do you charge someone twice to deliver a package because the driver had a accident? First it was 50.00 dollars for the package and then it was still not delivered. Then the driver had a accident and another 50.00 was paid because you claimed that was the fee because the driver had the accident. Why in the hell am I paying more because the driver had a accident. And on top of all that you still won't deliver it because you need more money claiming this was another fee for emergency delivery because the driver had a accident. Am I paying to get your truck fixed? This is the worst delivery service ever. I am reporting you to the better business bureau not that you will probably care because it is obvious you don't with such pitiful service.

I have never seen customer service like this in my life. I have called this company customer service, spoke with (2) people. The first one name Kaite, she has no "Empathy", for your customers point blank. She likes to over talk the customer, and she surely don't want to hear about what happened. Then when I asked to speak with a supervisor, one is "NOT" available! They have to submit a form, and we have to wait 90 minutes for a supervisor to call back. I am looking at the driver, yelling ma'am, ma'am leave my package. I didn't have to sign for it, she couldn't hear with her music playing. With (2) Kaitlyn the exact same thing. As I explained to the both of them that I need my package redelivered "TODAY"! THEY ARE STILL IN THE AREA, I AM LOOKING AT AN DHL TRUCK RIGHT NOW. They say they have no way to contact the driver. FedEx,and UPS do, they brought my package right back. With DHL, they rescheduled it for tomorrow. In which it should have been left at the door. Not everyone is able to be at home and wait on a delivery. Then a supervisor name " Frank" called me back in ten minutes he didn't do anything. He was not of any help, he didn't even take the complaint. He can't eve tell me the time that my stuff will be delivered. As I have expressed to him that it was imperative that it be redelivered today.
Like the old saying goes it only takes "ONE" bad apple to spoil the bunch. Will I ever use or recommend this carrier service to family, and friends " NO"!!!!! Worse service ever!!!!!!!!! Total disregard for your customers!!!!!!!!!

Makes you think twice about using this service. You might want to tell your drivers to pay attention, stop texting on the phone "IF IT IS NOT JOB RELATED"!!!!!!!!!!!

Most certainly, without doubt the worst Shipping Provider that I have ever dealt with. I have been contacting DHL for the last 4 days without any resolution of a shipment that needed customs clearance. They have a script provided to them to say someone will call you by 5 pm Arizona time. Pathetic... no do not deserve one star.

This is the second year in a row that DHL driver has delivered and attempted to deliver my package to wrong address and it’s vey unacceptable that this keeps happening to me especially Christmas time. Very disheartening I really on want to order from companies that ship through them.

Advisor name Emily, she refused to find my shipment and listen to me for more details. She simply did not want to put effort to help me, and shut the phone off. What a disrespectful behaviour toward your loyal international shipper customer!
