Landstar here, appt time 2200, arrived at 2100 and given a door immediately.

If coming from 285, get onto Lake Mirror Rd, if you’re going east, DHL will be on your right side. Take the 2nd entrance, ( right before the BP gas station). They had me back up to dock D. The docks are on your right, if there’s not too many trucks you can turn around in back but it’s tight with all the other vans and box trucks. But doable. It can be tight around here but any well seasoned driver should be fine.

When I called, the lady that answered was very friendly, polite and patient with me.

What started as an inconvenient situation turned into an extremely exceptional experience! Thank you Adrian for your patience with me and my frustration and for going over and beyond to get my package to me in a timely fashion. I want to shout out to the store manager Ahneesah that made the decision to get my package off of the truck and brought to the location for me to pick up, as well as the kind employees that helped me while I waited on everything to be sorted out. Legit the most professional helpful staff. I messed up and change my package to no signature which resulted in it having to be held over the weekend however I have to go out the country today. When i tell you Adrian & Paige saved my life. They went through mountains of boxes and found it for me. I will never ever forget the kindness they showed. What an exceptional team!

so i ordered a birthday dress 4 days before my birthday ! The online tracking said it wouldnt be able to pickup until the following monday ! With the help or tammi, darien, and shacarra i was able to pickup my order before the actual delivery date! I literally cried in the car and outside the car because i thought i wouldn’t have a birthday dress. Now im not crying and i feel like my feelings were taken into consideration by these 3 individuals i am so grateful thank you so much Ms Tammi especially for encountering me specifically and making my bday special
