I send about a 50 packages a day, never use DHL but a customer requested it,,well I went sent his package and SURPRISE! They DONT give receipts! Wow,,such a risk for the customer, If they loose it I cant prove I left it! Beware!

I am so happy with the services here. I missed my delivery because the driver didn't have the access code to my apartment complex. I decided to stop by the DHL local branch to see if they could locate my package as I had to travel the next morning.
Sierra at the branch was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get my package. She contacted the driver and kept in touch with me as I had left her my number. She was able to retrieve my package right at closing and hand it directly to me. Great customer service!

Customer Service stated my package was in Carrollton. The tracking ledger stating delivery attempted bldg closed at 330pm on a Tuesday afternoon……… Lies Lies Lies. I have paid an extra week of campground fees awaiting this package. I am getting all this false online info. Please note I have been charged $45 per day past my delivery date of March 4th…….i am writing this review at 12:07am on Saturday March 8th. I have contacted DHL Management and the company that shipped my product. It is impossible for me to stay at this location waiting indefinitely for a delivery. I have work elsewhere and have to move on.

This is the worse experience I’ve ever encountered with a professional delivery service. Better service has been from Door Dash, Uber etc

Art was incredibly helpful with my package. Although I couldn't receive it on the scheduled date due to adverse weather conditions, he went above and beyond to ensure I got it. He even called me to arrange a pickup. That's an excellent work ethic, and I was truly impressed!

Worse DHL location so far. My package has been sitting at their location for weeks but they aren’t delivering it. Despite of me calling and scheduling delivery several times, nobody showed up. Is there even a manager at this location to hold people accountable and run day to day operations smoothly? After all shipping is all you do, how can you suck at the only thing your business does?
