Only delivery service that takes 7 days to get from Phoenix to Vegas (4 hour drive) I can walk it fast than you deliver it. Not just this delivery. EVERY delivery. Yall don’t even deliver it, you pass it off to usps. DHL IS A DYING COMPANY AND I LOVE TO SEE IT.

I would give zero stars if I could, they can't deliver my package and keep sending emails for me to update my address, I track it and it shows I have moved from my address. Haven't moved and can't update my address it's the only one I have and no one else has ever had an issue delivering to my address. I work for FedEx and we don't not deliver we get it done, DHL I'm sorry to say but your incompetent, I can't get thru to this company by phone or email, I have contacted the people I order my package thru and have asked them to contact DHL and ask for the shipment to be returned and I have cancelled my order and requested a refund, thanks DHL for the frustration you people are unbelievable.

I am sorry that I ever opened a business account with D H L.
They are the WORST company I ever dealt with in my 35 yrs in business.
They have terrible customer service, and if you need to reach them they will never respond in a timely manner.
They do not honor their pricing that they have given you and lie about everything first start to finish.
When you catch them in a lie they make up a story.
If you want a headache or aggravation then use D H L otherwise stay as far away as you can.
This is a BAD company to use if you need to export or import packages!!!

I ordered from Shein(which ive done 3 times before with NO problem) and was supposed to have my package delivered on 12/18/23 but the driver decided my address of 8 years didnt exist. I called the customer service number to verify my address, they were supposed to deliver the next day 12/19/23, guess what... Nope didnt happen... So i called back to have my package dropped off at a drop off place on wed 12/20/23... Nope... Didnt happen either... This company is 100 % USELESS!!! im leaving state for christmas and my package is guess what my families presents...

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the abysmal service provided by DHL. My recent experience with this courier company has been nothing short of a complete disaster. Not only did they lose my shipment, but their incompetence resulted in financial losses of over $500+, ruined events, and a half-hearted attempt at compensation.

To begin with, DHL managed to misplace my shipment, which was of utmost importance for my upcoming events. Despite providing them with accurate information and ensuring that all details were correct, they failed miserably in delivering the package to the intended address. Instead, the driver carelessly dropped it off at the wrong location, leading to a cascade of unfortunate consequences.

The repercussions of DHL's negligence were severe. Not only did I lose the merchandise valued at over $500, but the shipment was also crucial for a series of events that I had been planning meticulously. The absence of these items left me in a precarious situation, scrambling to find alternatives at the last minute. The ripple effect of their failure disrupted the flow of my events, tarnished my reputation, and left me profoundly disappointed.

When I contacted DHL to report the issue and seek resolution, their response was lackluster at best. They expressed their regret for the inconvenience caused and offered to refund only the shipping cost. This response was completely inadequate considering the magnitude of the losses I incurred, both monetarily and professionally. It is outrageous that they did not take full responsibility for their actions and only reimbursed a fraction of the actual damages caused.

I ordered SHEIN well in advance of the holidays. DHL has lagged every step of the way. I explained to them that these are a 10 year olds Christmas gifts. Guess what they have been sitting in a dhl delivery facility since yesterday with no signs of being delivered. I placed another order through SHEIN four days after this order and it was delivered last week by a different carrier. DHL blames customs. Well how did my other package make it through and this one didn’t? My granddaughter is going to be devastated. The package is literally less than an hour away and has been sitting for almost 24 hours with no movement.

I can't imagine how much worse service can get than that provided by this team. They don't return e-mails, calls are often met with "mailbox full" followed by disconnection. I spoke to perhaps half a dozen people from this location and got inaccurate information, if not downright untruths, on every call. It took me five weeks to get my shipment from a company with "Express" in their name, and only after trips to three different locations where they told me that my shipment was (guess what - the first two were incorrect). I got zero status notifications; I could only get updates from their on-line tracking system, which provided incomplete and untrue information. I will avoid DHL in the future at all costs.
