Thoroughly disappointed with DHL's services.

My passport and identity documents were being mailed into the country. The original mailing address was covered up and replaced without my knowledge in the Atlanta DHL hub, then delivered to a service point over 18 hours away from where I live.

DHL refused to properly coordinate with me over the phone and could not connect me with the hub where the package was at. Only after reporting the issue to the passport office did I see any action take place. I will not be so quick to trust DHL in the future.

The company used to be good now it is less than 1 star it is a big ZERO!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM

The young lady on 2nd shift was a sweetie. But the rest of the staff need to be working instead of standing around talking. My DOT Clock ran out, and I had to park across the street. The guy that is there from the corporate office needs to get it together and have some kind of authority if he's supposed to be training people. Truck drivers' time can't be waisted because the staff is not working.

Very disappointed. My package was in transit per tracking and all of a sudden they can't find it. They supposedly did a search after several phone calls and emails. No updates for 3 weeks they kept me in a loop. I finally got an email saying they can't find it and to contact the company I ordered from. I'm so upset

I currently am awaiting a package from DHL that is very important. While tracking my package, I noticed by package sat at the local facility on the truck for 2 days and because I waive my right to sign the package upon delivery, the delivery person rang my bell and immediately turned around and left with my package (all on a video doorbell. This happened on a Sunday when their customer service was conveniently closed.

They basically are withheld my package because I didn't want them to leave it without being able to sign for it. This was abhorrent behavior and terrible customer service.

I hope this is the hub that my courier works for but shout out to Demetrius for his awesome work. I'd missed the chance to sign for an express delivery, which was on me. But he saw that I waived the signature so he circled back to drop off the package. Thank you so much.

According to the notifications I have received delivery was attempted twice to my apartment even though no one knocked on my door or left the package at the front office. It was stated that I "moved and was not here" when I still live at the address. I then tried changing the address to my parents home to make it easier and now it just says it is held in Atlanta and when I try to call that location directly between 9-5, which is when they are open, I get the message that they are closed. This delivery service is pretty awful with the lack of communication and ways to actually get your package.

This is not a drop off location. It would’ve helped if they had a phone number that someone answered so they could save people a drive to find this out. Do not come here.
