reliable for delaying your shipment and not answering any phone calls or emails! if you want to pick up freight from here because they're taking too long, good luck! might as well just accept that it'll be late because they are not going to help you

First time I used them ... we emailed the details for our pickup, they didnt reply with a quote, nor confirmation they could pickup. We scheduled with another company to srip. Then one of their drivers showed up 2 hours later. Note we requested a lift gate and the driver didnt have so we found a neighbor down the street who let us use their forklift. Anyway while the driver waited for 30 minutes, we were able to get ahold of someone (very difficult to get through to someone), who finally sent a quote, and the pallets were picked up. This was Monday.
The pallet was going 1 state away ... a 9 hour drive. It's now over a week later, the pallets still havent been delivered, and DHE is now telling us it wont be delivered for 5 more days.

UPDATE, 2 HOURS AFTER THIS POST.
I did actually get ahold of the CEO via email. He was VERY helpful, and assisted in expediting the delivery. Big thanks to him for feeding this down the chain and causing action.

Crowded yard. Need to pay attention when driving and moving around at this facility. Yard Goats professional and courteous. Receiving clerk also courteous and professional. Drop and Hook was completed in a timely manner.

we got 3 loads and 3 times our trailers got damaged. and 3 times we got deniels with a reason that they dont care. Customer service is badly sucks and they only know how to hang up on you. All good coments are way lie here.

Dear DHE, you should seriously consider vetting your drivers more carefully and train them better. He's terrible. Rude, careless and disrespectful. Tried to downplay damage on a delivery. Said nothing was wrong. We insisted the damage was documented. Raul had us write down what we thought was wrong with the external packaging which we did. He was perturbed that we did so. What we found after we inspected the shipment was shocking. Of course we found damage exactly where the exterior packaging had been damaged. We found the bottom of the shipment completely compressed. That's a 500 lb piece of equipment made from 304 stainless steel. I couldn't begin to guess the amount of force required to do this amount of damage. Do things happen during shipping.. of course they do. But when a driver like Raul shows up I have a hard time thinking it could have been avoidable because this guy just doesn't care. Maybe Raul doesn't understand how business works. No customers = no Raul. or even better No Raul = Keep more customers.
