If a zombie invaded the American Canyon warehouse it would starve to death. Literally 7.1 miles from my site and 8 times, they've send it 2 hours away to Sacramento, requiring 5 days to get it back. Drivers cannot follow instructions. Amazon customer service blows smoke and lies. No accountability whatsoever. I just sat at my office for a 7:30 PM delivery (package already 6 days late) and they said failed attempt, even though the truck never crossed my 125 security cameras. Liars.

Worst delivery ever. Never can make sameday deliveries. 3 lost items in one week after they was dropped of at that warehouse.

cons:the floor Manager (red vest)did us dirty and was unprofessional.
HR isn't present
The warehouse smells really bad because it is located near napa's waste services.
As a new hire you don't get any respect by the other employees who have been there the longest.they either will do and say anything to ruin your day,just to make themselves feel better.
Pros: the ambassadors (blue vest)are the nicest people in there
they're the ones who came to help ,that did the training,the ones who did not get mad when asking them a question.
theyre very humbke and professional to the new hires.

Super friendly staff especially East Bay Cargo full of hard working men and women most professional company I've worked for only complain would be the station could use better management. If your in need of a job and want to work as a delivery associate check out East Bay Cargo.

Since 5/10/2024, I have been waiting for my package that has been scanned at this location in American Canyon. I have called Amazon every day to ask, "Where is my Mother's Day gift?"
The customer service kept promising tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow then said the warehouse does not have the staff, and then it's lost."
Amazon owners and administrators on down the line absolutely do NOT care about customers, customer service, or setting boundaries for sellers.
Simple common sense - when you treat your employees like garbage, it will trickle down to your customers because it just may get the attention of the company, but Nope!
Amazon take better care of your employees.
