I get you got to pay your storage bill but want to put a lock on the storage because I’m barely 2 months behind I can understand if it was 3 months or more but 2 months really and then I try to offer to pay my past due on January 30th and get told I can’t do that I’d have to pay past due and what’s due on the 1st. Are y’all gonna let me get whatever stuff I can out would be nice if you can allow me to do that to get all of the small stuff out I can care less about the big stuff auction it maybe you will make a decent amount off of all of those appliances but please let me get my small stuff out of there

I am not happy when we pull up to a broken gate that is standing open at all times. We have a nice camper parked in a gated lot for a reason. There have already been a few stolen from that lot, so the broken gate really upsets me!

I would also love to see the lines drawn a little more obvious. Right now there's worn out white paint and string that is broken, both representing different markers.

I have had a unit with you guys for a few years and I’ve Never had an experience less than Awesome!! Ashley Nannie, the manager at the Calhoun facility goes way above and beyond any time I need anything and I appreciate everything she does, she works hard to make everyone’s experience the best it can be!

I got the biggest space when I had an emergency forcing me to move out immediately last year. Ashley helped me get in the gate quickly, and I rented for a little over a year. Ashley and Cindy are both very friendly and extremely helpful. I NEVER had any concerns about my belongings being safe. Definitely recommend, and God furor I need storage again, but if I do, I'm coming back here.

The best storage in calhoun. The owners and staff are wonderful. They go beyond to make sure there customers are happy. Very clean and well maintained. Needs more then 5 stars.

The staff has not only been super friendly but very helpful. I was called back on the same day I inquired about storage with one available for rent at a very reasonable price! I really do not like having to come in office (especially when trying to move) and handle things so I was accommodated by handling everything by phone, internet and email! I fully and totally recommend this place!
