Don’t open weekends, no overnight parking at all, appt 6:00 am, check in 5:00 am, assigned a door right away, empty 5:36 am. Thank you, I will come back

Not impressed. Showed up 30 minutes early and was told to leave and wait on the street. Came back 30 minutes later and they said someone was gonna come out and let me in. Waited another 10 minutes and buzzed them again and they said someone was coming out now. Waited another 5 minutes and someone did come. Only one other truck was docked when I arrived. Got into my dock and waited 2 hours before they started unloading me (many other trucks have come in and out since and I’m one of 2 still here, the other arrived after me.) ended up waiting about 5 hours total. Made me lose money because I missed out on another run I was supposed to make after delivering here but they took way longer than they should have.

The staff is very professional, courteous and quick. Space is a little tight when all the trucks are there but after 5:30 am it's a lot easier to move around. In and out in less then hour 👍. Must be very careful docks are a bit tight.

Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.

To get to their dock you need to turn in between 2 yellow poles to the right of the exit gate. Pull up to another gate and use intercom.

Took me early tight dock if going to #3 you can’t open driver side door when in the dock right watch your mirrors and steps but they were friendly and fast and easy to find just use your head here not much room to maneuver
