The front office ladies are great.
However, mice destroyed my brand new washer and unbeknownst to me the repair is not covered under the insurance I paid for monthly. This is very disheartening. I would not use again

I rented what I thought was a 10x10 online while moving from Southern California and the 10x10 is actually a 9×9. I thought it was underbuilt qnd requested to view another 10x10. Also a 9x9. I requested to cancel the agreement and was told it could not be canceled and I need to contact Corporate in Fresno. I have emailed and left a voice-mail and am awaiting a response. The lady at the Elkhorn office in North Highlands told me I would be contacted by a representative from Corporate within 24 hrs qnd that did not happen.

When I brought my stuff here I didn't have not one bug. I have never in my life had a roach. EVERYTHING IN MY UNIT IS RUINED. It is infested with roaches. I have gone into the office, AND called and was told that it is not their problem. That other tenants bring bugs and all they can do is pest control. I understand that, but we are not talking 1 or 2 roaches this is thousands of roaches. I literally can't keep anything I own. I am heart broken and so disappointed because I pay more than $120 every month for my unit and now everything I've been paying to store safely, has to be thrown away even the irreplaceable things. If you value your belongings, I would not rent here.

Fairly decent facility units have been painted but interiors need updating. Make sure you understand the hours of operation. If they're not in the office, you can't get in. If someone calls in sick you can't get in. Great for storage. Not great if you need to get in and out of your unit constantly

The facility was absolutely filth. The units were disgusting. The manager lady was completely condescending. I have to say a Karen. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

I didn't have to buy a lock they give you brand new ones for free! Great prices, trust me I spent half the day storage shopping. I needed quick temporary space they had it. I'm In a wheelchair, I had no issue getting into their office or accessing my unit thank you Derrels you've been the coolest part of my move.,🙃Sherry R

We always paid our bill on time we were there for over a year. The last month we were there we did t need a whole month we rented a second storage to go through everything get what we want and do dump runs from there etc. We stayed we only needed it for a few days the front desk told me i could do one of two things pay for that time and then close it out or pay in full and get refunded the rest once the two storages of $300 were closed. went to close it today and we were told no reins like their front receptionists had said. Very deceitful now i'm out $300 minus whatever the week cost. Do not trust them they are shady people and apparently lie. We were going to use them again if needed but due to this we will not. Be careful if you do rent here.
