DO NOT SHOP AT DENNIS UNIFORM! This is hands-down the WORST company I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer service is appalling, completely unresponsive and unhelpful. They seem incapable of managing their inventory or fulfilling existing orders but shamelessly bombard customers with advertisements encouraging more purchases.

I ordered a raincoat and polo; basic items you can find at any clothing store. Yet after FOUR MONTHS of little to no communication and countless follow-ups on my part, there’s still no sign of my order. Requesting a refund has been an absolute nightmare. They flat out refuse to issue it.

At this point, they have effectively STOLEN MY MONEY. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Save your time, money, and sanity by shopping elsewhere!

This company was in business all through October and when I place an online order of almost 300, they took my money promptly, then 1 week later shuttered doors. Unfortunately, I wasn’t notified by the private school that we use in Snohomish County to that this was even a thing and so disappointing that this company takes your money and does not send you your product and instead closes their business. They were terrible when they were in business you would place an order and wait sometimes for three months to receive your items so surprised that this is the American way now and you are basically s*** outta luck! Unbelievable

I have been ordering my son’s uniforms here about 3years now(our school has a contract with them). Each year it never fails to get an apology email about it might take a little longer for me to get my merchandise.

I thought I was being proactive for this coming school year (fall 2024), by ordering ahead of them (June 2024) . It’s 2nd week of September and I only received 1 out of 4 sweaters that I ordered.

I understand the inventory might be low but almost 3months!

Something has to change.

Terrible terrible customer service

I did a return and they received it on August 8. Today is August 27, and I haven’t had an email, a text or a phone call regarding return. I haven’t gotten my refund and I wait on the phone for 20minites, and then it hangs up. I have done this multiple times until someone answers and gives me the same AI response as if they are robots! Work for a better company people. Stop purchasing from them. Ask your school to partner with other uniform manufacturers. Our school had to partner with someone else… they are less expensive than Dennis uniforms. Hence the return…with no refund.

I see I'm not the only one who has had a poor experience with Dennis Uniforms. We've been ordering from them for a couple of years, and it typically takes 4-6 weeks for embroidered items to arrive. I thought by ordering in July, I would be set for the beginning of the school year, but it's now mid-September and the jumpers are finally on the way, but no word on the status of an embroidered sweatshirt. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them again.

Absolutely horrible experience with Dennis. We placed an order many months ago and they happily accepted over $500 of our money for products that we haven’t received. Everything we ordered was “in stock.” Customer service has no updates about the order or estimated shipping date. Terrible, if not illegal, business practices. They are being reported.

It always takes at least 4-5 weeks to ship and customer service is never helpful. Their excuse is that shipping is challenging globally. It’s not 2020 anymore and every single company has figured it out except this one. I needed a uniform urgently and I requested faster shipping and they refused. They also refused to update me on when my items MIGHT ship. My child had to go with a makeshift skirt because of this company. I don’t get updates when my items do finally ship so I can’t track packages. It seems strange that each time I email to ask when my items will ship, they suddenly are being packaged for shipping. I will be excited for the day that I don’t have to do their job for them. Poor customer service with excessively expensive clothing. You can find the same polos at The Gap for $10 on sale. Go somewhere else. This company is atrocious.

Our school used to use Dennis & I ordered shirts for the upcoming school year & they unexpectedly closed down and will not respond to emails asking for a refund and the order is unfulfilled! They took my money and ran.
