Carrier lost and caused damage to our load of steel in transit to the amount of nearly $16000 in damage. Per contract, carrier is responsible to pay Canal for damages after 30 days, and is now 10 months over due for payment of $3700 left outstanding. Carrier does not return calls, emails, and has made no effort to pay their balance. Everytime we make contact, we are told we will receive a call back, but carrier fails to keep their word. We have turned over to collections company AFS International. This is a completely unprofessional way to conduct business.

Guy just answers "hello" and not company name When asked if he has trucks says "take my number off your list" What list? We were trying to give this guy a lot of business. Avoid this company for sure.
