I bought a refrigerator in Las Vegas, NV at Lowe's store. Address: 5825 South Eastern Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89119 on 06/10/2019 and DSI delivery company was to deliver my refrigerator to my house on 06/13/2019.
As DSI delivery company came to my house and said, you have a water softener. So, we need a water volves to turn off water. Otherwise, we will not going to do it. Now, to buy have them come connect it. DSI delivery called Lowe's and said, customer refused the service and at first they told me they don't work for Lowe's.
I was like how did you get my refrigerator that I paid for at Lowe's store?. Lowe's store manager by name Ray couldn't even do anything. Because, he is telling me that he have no contact with DSI delivery company.
Now, Lowe's store have my money and DSI have a refrigerator and I do not have anything. Poor customer services on both companies. I do not want to buy anything from Lowe's or DSI delivery company in the near future.
Thanks to both companies for nothing.
