Go with Delicate Moving! Our overall experience on a long distance move from the Dallas area (Frisco) to the Houston area (Tomball) was very positive. The moving crew was very helpful in using every inch of our temporary apartment garage as storage for our belongings until our new house was completed four months later. Unfortunately, as occasionally happens in any move, a cabinet had been damaged that we did not discover until we moved from our apartment to our new home months later. James, the owner, graciously offered to pay to get the damaged cabinet repaired which we did. The check for over $200 to reimburse us for the completed repair arrived yesterday. Delicate Moving and James as owner came through in "going the extra mile" even after 4 months when the long distance move was completed. Shout-out also to his lead operations person, Travis, who shepherded us through the multiple emails back and forth to a very satisfactory conclusion. Go with Delicate Moving! They back up what they say!

My Husband and I were so impressed by Ken and Floyd. They communicated before, during, and after they moved us. They hit the ground running as soon as they arrived, worked quickly, and were very helpful and respectful of us and our things. Moving sucks and tempers can be tested and flare-Kem and Floyd were a BLESSING and I believe our marriage would have been on the line of these awesome young men had not been there to take care of our moving and moving needs. I highly recommend this company and will tell everyone I know that is moving or planning on moving, to use Delicate Moving (we even told our realtor about Delicate Moving for her future clients). I wish we could have rated them higher!

They arrived within the decided time block. There were 3 men on the job - everyone was respectful and careful with all of our items. They worked quickly, but not so quick that the job wouldn't be done well. Price is very decent too! Book your next move with them!

My moving experience with Delicate Moving was surreal. I booked with them two days before my move. They called me a day earlier letting me know they had an earlier time slot available because they knew I desired to get moved into my home ASAP. Cynthia, my moving specialist, was very clear and highly responsive regarding pricing, company policies, and what to expect on moving day. Justin and his crew were the exact same way before and throughout the moving process. Super friendly people, who gave me peace of mind during this demanding life transition. Delicate Moving was awesome. From start to finish we were pleased. Not only were they accommodating with our schedule, the communication was excellent.
We even got reminders for our upcoming move and all calls and texts were answered immediately. The two man crew was fantastic. They were on time, polite, careful and got the job done very quickly. They were professional in every every way. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs moving services.

Movers we so efficient and careful. They wrapped everything and got it loaded so quickly. They unloaded quickly also and helped assemble things. Got rid of large boxes. So friendly and kind. Highly recommend Ken and Moss crew!!

Sorry I am late sending this review. I used this moving company on June 10th. The movers were so helpful and so professional. They came in wrapped my furniture to protect it and treated it as if it was theirs. The price was affordable. I definitely recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with Delicate moving! They were friendly, quick, and efficient. They were very careful with all of my stuff and nothing was broken or lost. I will definitely use them next time I move! They are also fairly priced. Use them for your next move!!
