Employee's have a nasty disposition. This was supposed to be a drop and hook. I was told the day before to wait at the truck stop and they'll call. 12 hr later. The lady that morning was very rude when I arrived to get my trailer. Hopefully my company will drop them as a client.

One of the worst locations to pick up load. Don’t be get excited get the door right away. Checked in 4.30pm it’s 1.30am still waiting get loaded. They don’t really care about your time . There is more than 10 people in side just talking Just couple people working. I don’t how this company pays their pay roll.

One of the worst locations to pick up freight from. Have been here 3 times over all and every single time it has been the same with these guys. Especially if your picking up a carpet load, will have you drop your trailer in there dirt yard or tell u to back up in a door and either way you will be waiting around 6-9hrs to get loaded. They managed to damage the trailer by scratching up all of the walls and putting dents in pretty good overall. 0 stars if it was possible, do not pick up a load here, avoid if possible. Loads are heavy also.

No overnight parking due to large volumes for the small facility. Just not enough room to accommodate trucks that don't want to stay at the 2 truck stops within a few miles of here.
They do not schedule load times as they do not control the freight... they are only a consolidation dock. If you don't have a load waiting, it is not the company's fault because they did not schedule you. The loads they do schedule are almost always swing liads, so expect to be here a few hours while your load is being swung.
New dock is currently being built so things will obviously improve but for a small company, things are pretty well ironed out, just be understanding as to where your issue is actually coming from.

Other than the dirt lot, which can get pretty nasty when it rains, this place is pretty cool. Both times has been drop and hook for me. I think it's that way for all of them. Check in, drop your empty along the far back row with the doors open and tandems slid to the back, hook to your new trailer, and go back and get your paperwork. If it's daytime, you'll get all you need from the office. They are pretty nice in there. At night I'm told the paperwork will be in the mailbox. I have not been here at night yet. All in all a great shipper.

Not sure where the miscommunication lies, but no one is perfect so it must be with both my carrier and this warehouse. They are a first come first serve shipper. But if there's insufficient communication, you may find this place, or your carrier, or somewhat of both, made a sort of "race" out of you and multiple other drivers on a single loaded trailer, despite your dispatched load information, and whoever gets here first gets the trailer, while everyone else winds up with no freight. My carrier sometimes sends me 300 empty miles all the way here, and empty miles are always paid miles, but I have come to low expectations with this warehouse as far as there actually being an existent load when coming here.
