I was a 6 year veteran. Wanted a new career path and couldn’t be more disappointed with the time I wasted at this company. It all started with the recruiter I spoke with. He lied straight to my face about pay, time off, management, the culture, and what the orientation process is like. He told me it’s a week of training, then you get your truck and start. NOPE no matter what experience you have it’s 30 days with a trainer sharing a cab the whole time. The trainer is paid a regular salary and like 70 cents per mile. The trainee is paid minimum wage for all 30 days. When I finally got my truck it’s smelled of a cigarette, absolutely disgusting. I have a CPAP machine and when I requested a new truck all they did was put a machine in the cab and “got rid of the smell” the smell went away for about 12 hours then came right back. I complained about my cabs smell for weeks and weeks. The only time they replaced it was when the AC broke. Horrible horrible experience from this company from top to bottom. They gave me loads going into hurricanes! I had to deny the loads multiple times. When you message them about a problem or a question it takes hours for them to get back to you. But when they need something from you, it’s right away. Stay far away from this joke of a company. Finally and lastly when I resigned they had me drive from North Carolina (where I’m from) to Georgia where one of the truck bases are. I understand I had to return the truck however… they gave me a 36 hour bus ride ticket back home! Plane, train, or a rental car would cost the same amount but that’s how much they just DO NOT CARE.

This is one of the WORST experiences I've had in my 20 years of of trucking dealing with a broker. Evan Rodery was my contact. I waited at the shipper for over 3 hours with very minimal contact from him. He wasn't answering calls or emails. Not once did he bother to follow up on this load ensuring that all was well with it. I'll be invoicing them at MY rate! I keep very good records and I advise trucking professionals to be very careful in dealing with this company.

As a driver that provided paperwork for pickup you'd think it would go smoothly..
Sat in the office for an hour to finally be told paperwork was ready and to proceed to my dock to be loaded..
There was no leader to be found and had to hunt them down back in the office eating breakfast..
He promised me someone was pulling my freight. (untrue)
Then when the breakfast eater finally come to help get the load he says I don't have any paperwork from the office to coincide what you're picking up.
All of this and I was the only truck there for s 08:00 pick up time....
Very unprofessional

Horrible company. Save yourself time and nerves and ship with UPS. Not only we have waited over 3 weeks for shipment that takes 3-4 days with UPS but also after several phone calls and e mail on inquires where is the shipment, we had to pay shipping charges as a recipient, otherwise we would not receive the shipment. But this is not all, after we have paid the shipping charges we still receive invoices for different amounts. Even though we called them and sent emails proving that we have paid the invoice they are not responding, there is no phone number on the invoices they sent us, and most phone numbers that I tried to call is not responding -including Atlanta office. It is just one big mess. They should either hire new people or close because they are obviously overwhelmed.
