I tried to return a product that was damaged and didn’t work. Robin that works the front counter with a mask was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met. I’m a disabled vet and a 170 dollar heater is a lot of money for me. I tried to fill it up and it leaked everywhere which I should have never done, but it was 17 degrees which is why I tried! They have lost our family’s business forever and we spend a lot of money here. The old man would be very disappointed!!

The employees are helpful and courteous. You almost always have what we are looking for. The woman in charge is very nasty. Everyone in town has experienced her wrath. If we can't find it anywhere else we go there. I think a change at the top would improve the store.

Do not recommend this Ace! Waited patiently for 5 weeks for several screens to come back looking like this. When my wife picked them up she raised concern that the screens were misshaped and they told her that was normal (no it's not). Screens need to be squared before material is installed. Now I will have to pay extra for material and get to do it myself. If you lack expertise to do something just say no. Thanks Ace!

Will not be coming back, unfortunately it's never a pleasant experience here and when you try to speak up about an issue the owner sides with her employees instead of correcting the behavior. Not a good way to run a store.

I am very disappointed at how dirty this store is. I know they are the only Ace around for miles. The people there don't really know their jobs. It is like a scavenger hunt when you step into this place. Also the parking lot is horrible. They said they are redoing the store, and that is fine, but they have stuff listed on their app where, according to them they aren't sure where it is might be in one of the hundreds of totes outback. Great customer service there... NOT. Things they should carry for this area and time of the year aren't found. Things in the plumbing area that have an empty spot haven't been refilled in weeks. I will just have to order online. I can't support local if they don't support us. Highly disappointed very over priced.

Returned an item then was accused of loosing 2 screws and then had to buy 2 screws to get a refund. So package had 4 screws now.
You are the worst manager/ owner if you pull up your product online it clearly shows 2 screws in the product package then accuse me the customer for not returning 4 screws and losing 2 screws when the package only comes with 2 screws to begin with.
Even your customer service response to a review is terrible! If you would actually pull the product up on your website to verify the contents of the product instead of arguing with the customer would be a huge improvement in customer service and feedback from customer would be more receptive.
PULL THE PRODUCT UP ONLINE YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW HOW TO USE A COMPUTER THE PIC CLEARLY SHOW 2 SCREWS ONLY IN THE PACKAGE CONTENTS
I EVEN INCLUDED A PIC OF THE PRODUCT TO SHOW YOU ARE WRONG.

I agree with the last 2 reviews. These people are not there for you except to take your money. I bought a kitchen faucet valve that ruptured after 21 days after purchase. There is only 30 psi going into it. I asked to return it and they said "No, it's a manufacturer problem and to talk to them." Kind of interesting because my business sells parts and hardware items to consumers including appliances. When a customer returns a product to me, I myself contact the manufacturer and I give my consumers a new part or item back and I deal with the manufacturer who then sends the new item back to me. I am a local who's been here for many years and I do not recommend these people. My receipt is also below to show proof to would be future customers.
*update 1/14/21- Owner responded by saying that my faucet froze in 70 degree ambient temperature home that I LIVE full time right up the street from them. I actually wanted a replacement not a REFUND. I also purposely adjusted my inlet water pressure regulator valve to my home to prevent ruptured water lines. I also have a pre warmer for my home for the cold water inlet to my home including a 5 stage water filtration system. Any other excuse you want to give? I don't have to walk in to be helped, why have a business phone line? Self entitled selfish owners.
