This company does not care about their drivers. They want you to drive your life away and could careless about a request to go home. They tell you drop and hook are most of their loads but every load given was live load and you don't get paid to sit. Also, they tell you to settle every 6-8 loads because it will benefit them not you. Settlements are a joke after all deductions. As owner operator of the truck, you should be able to choose your loads and go home when you want to, but you will not with this company. My husband will explain more in his review.

They get you in and out I haven't had any problems with them. I heard some people did but I don't think it's their fault because you have to have a good pickup number some people goes there and they don't have any clue what they are picking up....smh gotta have a good pickup number can't be mad at them.

Ive been here 4 mos & I can honestly say, I had a better experience at Roehl. The pay started out great & they did get me home the first time when requested. However after month 2, it went downhill. Severe lack of communication when you're trying to get through. They force dispatch you on loads that dont go with your HOS, ready time or location. I've met all criteria for the alledged monthly bonus but have yet to see it. Never can get thru to an actual fm to ask questions. Also, they short your miles severely & I mean 30 or better. I had 1 trip where loaded miles was like 697 in the plan but the actual miles was like 760 and that was the most direct route. They hide their flaws with higher pay, sign on bonuses, & the such but as a company driver, Im not pleased. Maybe the owner/ lease op side is better.

Warehousing is in point. Keeps a steady customer base! Full house and well organized! Trucking is adifferent company within, I cannot speak for that devision.

Just shutting down to go see the babies. Dart is great though. 41/2 years in and not much bad to say
