Appointment with delivery at 9, showed up at 9:30 got docked in right away.
Empty 30 minutes later .
I had 43000 lbs of wood pellets.
Dude at scale house strict but polite.
Dock worker, fun, polite and fast girl on a forklift.
30 minutes in dock and still had time to sweep my trailer.
Great experience overall 👌.
I would give 10 stars if it was possible.

Inform the booking number at check-in. Entry to the territory through security. Before entering the territory weighing. The area is large, convenient for parking cart. Heavy load.

If u are trucker and pick up load from this place. Make sure u want be here 8 to 11 hours. Also before u reach the warehouse, there is number to call to check in and u will wait a d wait and wait until they call u. It’s only two docks make sure u have enough fuel and food.

Great guys i had appt 4pm got at 8:30pm i was late they still load me up and get me checked in and out in less than hour !! Great staff

Been in dock over an hour. Only truck here. No loading has begun. Slow as molasses. You will wait forever. This is ridiculous

Had an 11am appointment, arrived at 1010a. There were 4 trucks ahead of me, two employees came down took my info then put me on a dock. Watch for the sign on the right, road can be easily missed the first time, drive straight ahead to the gaurde shack, if 90% of the places I go to were like this I could easily add another 200 - 250 miles to my week.
