This place really needs to work on training their employees. Most of the employees who interact with vendors are rude. If they are going to be interacting with vendors they should have a minimum level etiquette.

Additionally they need to know their own procedures, they create issues and delays for drivers often. Even when they generate the issue they refuse to be helpful and attempt to make drivers uncomfortable and frustrate then.

Their yard goats are always over the "speed limit" inside the facility and are always trying to rush outside drivers to move out of "their way" when parking containers

Far too many pieces of equipment in their tiny space. Careless yard dogs dragging landing gear and slamming into trailers consistently. Always damage to trailers here. Bring your silver tape.. they load them damaged anyway. If your doing drop and hook you can expect lights, sides of trailers and nose to be scrapped up, scratched up, gouged and even caved in. Not healthy for trailers. Move the business to large yard or realistically manage to space you have open two locations.

They have really improved. The gate is efficient and the yard goat drivers are hard working guys who do a great job. The ladies working the gate are very nice and professional. Being gorgeous doesn't hurt either

They have way too many trailers in here. Almost every trailer that goes on gets some kind of damage. If your trailer is buried you may wait awhile for someone to come buy to get it out. The staff is I've come in contact with have been nice and helpful though.

Nice staff but the yard is a nightmare . No signs on which direction to go . Trailers are stacked two deep . Mine is always the one behind so I have to wait for yard guy to pull trailer In Front out then I can get mine out . They need more room.

the girl who sits in the office handing out papers from empty trailers is extremely rude and arrogant. she does not have the minimum of professionalism.

even behind armored glass, he made me go back to the truck to get the mask I forgot. the other day guess who was without a mask? Yes she was without a mask.
it is because of this kind of futility that the work is delayed.

with the appearance of someone who doesn't even take a shower with her hair all oily and all dirty, she should be worried about taking a shower first. her dirt must be more harmful to health than the corona virus.
