No one ever seems to be there to answer the phones! Very poor customer service at this place! My husband left our keys in the padlock and it was only left there unattended for 30 mins at most before we realized they were left behind. we immediately went back up there only to find that out keys were gone! And of course no one was on the property! The next day went to the front office to see if anyone returned them to the office but of course just my luck no one did. So we ask if there is any way possible to check the cameras to see who possibly took them and of course they couldn't do that either! So needless to say not very happy with this place at all! Almost never have bigger units available, they say they put you on a waiting list for the bigger units but they will not call you for one when it does becone available! Not one person that works there seem to know about anything that goes on as far as units becoming available! And the staff can be nice from time to time but can be very rude as well! I know this place is cheap but not really worth it if you ask me! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to get a storage unit in the future.

My Son in law had storage there we put our belongings in never was told it was behind .. Manager is never in,won't help over half of the storages are double locked cause of her not being there
