Lived in Dallas for 14 years and my first time back in 4 years. Always great to come to and through DFW Airport. Terminal D is my favorite terminal. So many restaurants, shops and cafe’s. Easy to get around the airport by train and plenty of parking at all the terminals. This is a very modern airport. Really enjoying coming back into DFW.

Nice women’s bathroom at terminal D, D25 gate (across the Brewed restaurant and next to BOSS).

Women’s Bathroom has:

- wide stalls
green/red lights indicating free stall
- push button and automatic flushing
- music
- toilet paper holder can also hold phone
- 2 coat hooks
- toilet seat covers

Nearby , close to Lego store there is a sushi To go place. There is also a subway, banh mi shop.

I have connected through this airport 6 times since 2023 and it is one of the better airports for a layover. Massive and very spacious and the sky trains linking the satellite terminals are very convenient and have lifts, escalators and staircases. The terminal does not feel claustrophobic even during peak hour at the gate and directions are clearly signposted. Have zero issues being in transit here. The AA flagship lounge is fabulous too. Cannot comment for departures and arrivals and tsa security as I have not encountered it yet.

Arrival - Terminal E

Arrival was smooth as we landed at Terminal E. The baggage collection area is located close by so you can collect your bag quickly. Not many shops in the Terminal. You can get taxi or ride-share outside the gates. DART train station is located next to Terminal A so you will need to take SkyTrain to go to Terminal A.

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport opened on January 14, 1974.
The airport expansion project began in 1981, and the Trade Center opened in 1995. There are 26 airlines that serve 182 cities domestically and internationally. It is a very large airport with the second largest destinations and the third largest number of passengers in the world.
It is the largest airport in the United States and the second largest in the world. It is located at a transportation hub connecting North America and Texas, and has easy access to major international markets, so the Trade Center was opened and performs major functions such as the Labor Office and Customs Center. It is an airport that has a great impact on the economy of the northern Texas region.
If you have time while transferring at this airport, I recommend taking the Sky Link to look around the planes and the airport. It has an enormous scale that cannot be compared to other airports.

We arrived safely at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. This airport is big, clean and modern looking. There are a variety of restaurants and gift shops available. We also stopped by to grab a delicious Burger and Shrimp Salad Bowl… everything tasted absolutely delicious! We had a nice time walking around the departure area. There are plenty of comfortable seats and you can relax while waiting to board your next flight.

This airport is truly one of a kind Bs place. It's the only airport I've encountered that charges a toll to enter and exit. Additionally, the layout of the gates and terminals is very confusing. Once you're inside the airport, the security check is quite far from your actual gate.

Smooth landing and deboarding. A slight misunderstanding of where to pick up checked bags but the airport staff clarified. Directions to grab Uber was pretty easy. Lots of food and snack options. Pretty busy airport but it never felt like too much if that makes sense.
