I get SNAP benefits from GA. I literally filled my renewal on August 14th 2023 and I got my last month of SNAP benefits on the 17th of 2023. They literally waited until August 7, 2023 to inform me that they had some documents I needed to fill out 10 days before I am supposed to be getting my benefits. Well on 9/15 (which is a Friday) I didn't have time to get the form filled out and put it in the drop box because they are only open Tuesdays 9-3. So my SNAP benefits date is the 17th which is Sunday but because they waited so long to send the documents that needed to be filled out for renewal who knows if I am going to get to keep my benefits because I will have to put the documents into the drop box and they will receive them on 9/18/2023 which is Monday morning. I called my case workers supervisor yesterday asking for more time because of the documents taking forever to show up and was never contacted back. It's really sad that they couldn't get this done in a timely manner like I filed my renewal in because it was before the 15th of the month prior to when it was due. There is no excuses for the negligence of not giving people enough time when they submitted their renewal in a timely manner.

Useless. Do not care to help you with your case, says they took your information, yet your case gets closed and the info was never entered in. The lady’s that work here are USELESS and do not give a damn to help you, at all. When they get called out on them not submitting your info, they hang up on you, or walk around the corner and stay there until you leave. They do not need this position at all.

Feel sorry for people need assistance and dealing with the people work here, employees are lazy, idiots and liars.need to replace all employees with the people who actually want to work and help people.
Went there end of June and filled out the renewal form,as of last week no one did anything with the form that was filled out in June, so went to the office last week to check the status and was told form was filled out too early and have to redo the form, they could still use the form that was completed in June, lazy and unhelpful people. So filled out new form and was told they'll update that day and will call, no one called and no updats, liars!!!!! Still no update so called few days ago and was told they'll check and will call back, liars,as of today no calls and no updates. Horrible service! !!!!
