This place is fairly new and well run. Prices are average to a touch pricey but, you get what you pay for. I'm NOT, however a fan of the unannounced 20% price increase from $325 to $390 for exactly the same storage space. They do not offer insurance and so, homeless that camp pops up every so often behind here next to the railroad tracks is concerning. I've come at different times and the exterior lights are out in large swaths. I'm not by any stretch a scary person but, that is NOT a safe feeling. Never mind the safe feeling, that isn't what I'm paying for.

I just recently started using Cypress Self Storage. From the moment I called to get information on the facility to moving my belongings in, the experience was positive, helpful and professional. CSS has a truck you can reserve and use for your moving in. This was a huge tool in making my move as easy as possible. I would recommend CSS to anyone who is looking for a storage facility.

Renting my unit here was such an easy process. Tasha was so nice, and helped me get set up with the right storage space quickly. There is ample room to maneuver the turns with a truck & trailer, wide aisles too makes it a breeze. Space and whole area was super clean, definitely recommend this facility!!
