Our salesman was outstanding!!! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, knew his products and took his time to help me. I give a shout out to him and you should acknowledge him for this review and give him employee of the month or year. It’s such a nice experience to encounter people who have good customer service skills and use them. This Cycle Gear location is always top notch! The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming every time I stop by. I found a pair of pants that I was looking at several Cyclegear‘s for that are normally ordered online. The Pittsburg, (Northern California) Cyclegear actually had the size and color I needed in stock. I reserved online and then rode two hours to pick them up -just in time for my son‘s birthday. The employees at the Pittsburgh Cyclegear were expecting me had the pants ready to go and they were courteous, attentive and kind. Another very positive Cyclegear experience!

I’ve been to a number of different Cycle Gear stores over the years, and it seems like no matter which Cycle Gear I’m at, this company only hires people that have a true passion for motorcycles. This makes any kind of shopping for my bike a truly pleasant experience.

Ordered item in the evening and selected to pick it up at the local store.
I was notified the item was available the next morning.
Sales representative found my item quickly, but it was too large. She helped me find the correct size.
Representative was helpful and pleasant.
It felt good to shop there.

Great to be able to order on-line and free shipping to the store !! Love it.. But the store always seems to be under staffed, and I was told they were backed up and I couldn't get my tire mounted until the next day. Then I had to call for an update and was told it would be the next day, then they called me and said it would be the next day. 3 days later I got it. Took longer to mount, than to ship, lol... oh, and they threw my old tire out , when I was specific about wanting it back
