I recently had a great experience with delivery at CVS in Somerset, Pennsylvania. I had an appointment at 9:30 a.m., and although I arrived a little earlier, I was quickly greeted. I was informed that unloading would begin at 10 a.m., which was just a slight delay.

I paid a lump sum of $100 for 7 pallets and was pleasantly surprised at how efficiently everything was handled. By 10:45, I was already exhausted and ready to go. The staff was professional and made sure that the process went smoothly. I appreciated their organization and communication throughout the unloading process.

Overall, I highly recommend CVS in Somerset for their reliable service and efficiency!

I was very nervous about this place because of the reviews and was planning to sit all day. My appointment was at 10:30am and they unloaded me and got me out before 10:00am. Great job!

This place is highly unprofessional!
From the guard to your slim built receiver needs to be terminated! Both are complete racist!!
If someone asking you directions to have better understanding of the rules, why would you ignore someone? If you don't want to do your job STAY HOME!!! Why bring your disgusting attitude to a place of business! Customers feel bad energy and don't deserve to be treated horribly! You will be treated accordingly!!!! Respect is earned!!!!!
I arrived with ONE pallet, why do it take 3+ hours to unload?
Next employee meeting need to be on "TIME MANAGEMENT " that is unacceptable!!!!
I will NEVER deliver to this place ever again!!!!!!!

Had a 2PM delivery appointment. Checked in at 1:15PM and was done by 4PM. The lumper was prepaid on my load so I didn't have to deal with that. Nice people in receiving. Wasn't a bad experience.

BE WARNED! Terrible place to deliver to! The older man in there is very rude. You can’t ask a simple question. I really don’t understand why truck drivers have to be held up for hours for them to count products. If it’s short, it’s short. there’s nothing the driver can do about it. Take it up with the shipper. Unnecessarily waiting for hours. zero stars. No reason to be held up for 6 hours after the unload is complete.

Arrived here for a 12 pm for an appointment at 1 pm. Given door 27 a half hour later. They didn't start unloading me until 4:34 p.m. and finished at 7:06 pm. When I asked for a status updated when they would be finished roughly, I was told that they don't have enough room on the dock and they would get me out of there as soon as possible.
