I had a prescription that kept being rejected at another pharmacy for over a month. This was something I had been taking for six months prior. They filled it, but said insurance denied it, so I was unable to pay for it ($600 for 30 days). No one in the pharmacy could explain why, nor did they seem interested in finding out. My doctor even tried to find out, but could get limited responses. I finally took the Rx to CVS, hoping for better results. They ran into the same problem. I went to check on the status once more before giving up and just quitting the meds. Explaining the situation, a young lady behind a wall overheard and came bounding up to collect info from me, saying she had seen this before and knew how to fix it. She worked for 30 minutes, even calling a friend for assistance, until the problem was resolved. Her name is Chaela Presley, and she deserves recognition for actually caring for people and doing everything she can to help. She was spirited and upbeat and encouraging the entire time. Her positive attitude was inspiring and I hope her coworkers follow her example! We need more people like her in the world today!

My aldut child that has Downs recently was diagnosed with Flu A she was very ill, due to her disability she cannot take pills, she must have liquid, waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line, handed the prescription to the person at the window, was told to hold on, person came back to the window handed me back the prescription and said "we dont have it you can go somewhere else" they don't care about people or goe they are felling, and our family of 5 will be moving our medication back to Walmart. Whom also stated CVS don't even reach out them.

It's bad experience even when I'm just buying toilet paper medications out of stock or they tell you come back in 30 minutes 45 minit's you get there? They tell you oh, wait. No, we need all your information for your child that has AR. Kids which has been there before, but they want to give me the hard runner around to go back home for the fourth time. They don't care they take their time.They don't get in a hurry.Walgreens stomps in their process,, Is bad bad Communication skills paragold cvs shame on you Is rude women rude men It's not hard to be nice and think about if it was you.The a r kids would covered My trip with the flu Can't stop with my truck, my pads.Are bad they don't care I'm never going back to that place if I have to go to jonesboro first fine

Zachery was very helpful with my situation. I didnt have my receipt from the previous day and i needed to use my care pass credit. I thought i would not be able to get that done. He easily solved my issue.

Even there regular customers have trouble and a long period for getting there prescriptions filled my mom has been using for five years now and it still takes 3 or 4 hours to fill one persxription and this last time they were out of her pain medications not in stock first time this has happened as well. Better hope someone is in an emergency to get filled cause will take you forever to get it regular customer or not. Their phaacy has gotten worse over the past five years.

I refuse to understand nor accept the 2.4 rating this CVS has, and in this summary, I will elaborate on why that is;
I have been to CVS’s all across the country, all over Arkansas, TN, CA, MO, KS- the list goes on. Never once in any of these experiences did I have a pleasant one.
I was treated rudely and unimportant- but the pharmacy in Brookland, AR that I had been going to prior to coming to this lovely CVS had made it to their Strike Three and I needed my Adderall expeditiously.
First of all— even the register and stocking staff were kind of funny and chill, but then I was blessed with the honor of being serviced by Ms. Eryka at the pharmacy? First, she had my meds with a quickness. There was a reject that she corrected, fixed and filled so fast that I barely had time to thank her. Goodness me, I’ve never felt so comfortable or safe or cared for in any other pharmacy ever.
I don’t know what you all pay Ms. Eryka but I promise she deserves the raise. I’ll never be leaving this CVS nor going anywhere else (unless Eryka goes somewhere else, no disrespect ofc).
