open 24/7. appointment 7 am. arrived 9 pm the day before. denied. no overnight parking. parked across the street. came back 6 am. got unloaded in 2 hours. huge lumper fee.

Arrived at 1900 for 1930 appointment and was driving away at 2044. The guard was friendly and gave clear instructions. Lots of room to maneuver and all employees were friendly and efficient.

Night security was extremely nice. Explained exactly what to do. Which was what I have done the last 3 yrs. Morning shift Decided to change policy because he is too lazy to cut bolt seal and cable! Then he watched me struggle cutting cable, refusing to assist.

Older asian lady in the front is very unprofessional, rude, and very slow at her job. I say this all the time i rarely do reviews but i just couldnt with this lady. She had me standing at the window for about 7-8 minutes no one else in line instead of taking my paperwork and checking me in shes watching/scrolling through videos on her phone then when she got tired of that i assume she asked for my paperwork to check me in and then gave me attitude because i asked how to get to the back building as i told her it was my first time and god forbid she had to explain it to me. People like that just flat out need to leave that bad energy at home n just quit

I guess the unload goods is counted piece by piece,maybe it’s whole pills in boxes,that’s the only reason why I thought I stopped 53’dryvan here for 7 hours from 4:30pm.The efficiency is shocking me.If u can’t improve and compete,u deserve shutdown.CVS

at 4:00 am and I arrived at 3:40 am
Checked out at 11:25 am
unloaded period was around 7 hours and you have to wait your paperwork until an other country approved!!
They have no respect to your time ,so rude with driver.they learned this sentence that STAY IN YOUR TRUCK AND WE WILL CALL YOU!!!
