I always come to this location to add money to my cash app but today the experience was amazing thanks to Gabby. Let’s just say I’ve been doing it the hard way and she informed me on how to do it the easiest way. Not only that she was so pleasant. Keep in mind that today is Monday and my brain has to get back on schedule, but she was such a joy and had no problem assisting me with a smile the entire time… Five stars for Gabby and her customer service she really made my day

There’s a younger lady that works the register. Last time I seen her she had braids. She is doing a phenomenal job! Always quick to help and never has a attitude while doing it. Thanks!

The pharmacist is so caring and friendly. I was sick and not feeling my best. He made sure I knew how to take my medication and told me to call him if had anymore questions. I highly recommend this pharmacy. No long wait time

The Father’s Day card selection was terrible, literally 5 cards to choose from. Additionally, I bought a gift card unaware of the return policy… I walked in a few hours after purchasing and “just asked “ do you all return gift cards, it wasn’t what his response was, it’s how he said what he said… with disgusted, “No” while shaking his head. People may forget what you said, but never how you made them feel. He needs some etiquette techniques in customer service. However, the employee that assisted me with the purchase earlier was very polite, she apologized wished me a great rest of the day. The manager/shift leader could definitely take pointers from her.

The worst pharmacy ever bad attitudes and they never follow up. My doctor prescribed me medicine it has been 3 weeks they still don't have it. I called at the end of the 1st week they said they will order it never heard back and when I call they go dumb. I asked can they call another cvs and see if they have it she said that's an option but if she called ill never know. So many bad reviews whoever is over this location does not care. I can't stand the arrogant bald guy that works in the pharmacy.

I will not be going back to this location. The pharmacist was so rude for no reason, I’m always polite to csa’s and people in retail because I understand the bad days in that field. This was some time ago, not sure if she’s still there but to keep my stress down I just switched to Publix today who always has quality customer service. Center Point pkwy is just a hot ghetto mess altogether and that’s not the type of clientele I fall with.

CONSIDER A DIFFERENT PHARMACY

So I'm currently on 3 calls with the same CVS to verify a prescription. The longest hold time is currently over 36 minutes. I'm going to leave it going until close to see if anyone ever answers.

Even walmart is better than this. Step your game up. I'll post a picture shortly.

UPDATE:
So after holding 1 hour 2 minutes (the middle call). Someone answered. Of course, the prescription wasn't ready "because a printer is down." This is standard practice for CVS in Center Point, which is why I was calling in advance. The guy on the line was so used to the lie it wasn't even sincere.

Asked when the prescription would be filled. He didn't know. Of course. Asked if I could have my prescription transferred to a different location. The guy said that I can, I just need to give my name and DOB.

1 hour hold times for calls if you need to speak to someone, and wait time for prescriptions are 20 to 45 minutes even if the prescription was sent 2 hours ago.

This isn't the first time, but it is my last using any CVS. Maybe they own Walgreens or have shares in Wal-mart or somewhere I can get better service.
