Very pleased with the service! We received an email from Wayfair on Monday saying that our vanity had been delivered to our local Crosstown - Chatt and that we should get a call to schedule delivery within one business day. The next day, I received a text from Billy saying that our vanity would be delivered the next day between 2-6 pm. The next day around 1:15, I got a call saying that they were on their way! They were actually a few minutes early! It was a threshold delivery, so they carried it into our garage for us. Very nice and very friendly!

Crosstown Courier is the NSD delivery terminal in Chattanooga. Attaching Yelp review:

I ordered a treadmill the first week of June. It was scanned that it arrived at the NSD delivery terminal about ten days later. I waited for a week, and no one called to schedule delivery. I got ProForm customer service involved, and they had NSD initiate a dock search, which somehow took two weeks to complete. The outcome of the search was that the treadmill was damaged and undeliverable. So ProForm sent out a second machine. According to ProForm, my second treadmill arrived July 13th. But NSD did not scan it until the 20th. Once again, no one from NSD called to schedule delivery. So I contacted NSD customer service via their chat option. After waiting about 45 minutes to speak to someone, the NSD rep gave me a direct phone number to the local delivery terminal. The person I spoke to said she could schedule delivery, but that they only did threshold deliveries, not the white glove delivery and assembly that we paid extra for. She said that she would have to contact someone else to handle the assembly. But she could not tell me when that would happen. I contacted ProForm to request that they refund me for the white glove service since those who are responsible for final delivery could not guarantee it. The rep there escalated my issue to Stacy on the Extra Mile Team, and told me that I would be hearing from her that day or the next. I still have not heard from Stacy, so I found the email address for the Extra Mile Team here on Yelp and sent an email detailing my issue once again. I still have not heard from her, anyone locally, or anyone at all from NSD. And I still do not have my treadmill. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with two companies simultaneously. This is a high-dollar purchase and a big deal for us. It should be treated as such. My advice, if you are ordering anything oversized to be delivered to your home, research who will handle the delivery. And if it is NSD, run away as far and as fast as you can.

Started out good. Got a call (on Friday) saying they would deliver my bed between 11-3. They called Monday got to my house at around noon. Problem started with the main delivery guy just being aloof and ended up being flat out rude. No introduction, no clear instructions on how to operate the bed. Left all kinds of wires hanging underneath which means my old butt has to crawl under the bed and tie things in place. Didn't ask me how I wanted the bed setup. I had to crawl under the bed to change wires around to get it to work right. Handed me the remote and "told" me to put the batteries in. First time in a long time I wanted to smack some dude in the mouth. Of course this coming from a Costco order, I didn't have a choice on who the courier was. After a few calls, I hope that will change. I would rather drive out to Costco and pick my stuff up in the future.

No show!!! According to Billy, our delivery would arrive between 1pm-5pm today. Glad we blocked 4 hours out of our Friday for nothing... At the very least the driver could have called to let me know he wasn't capable of doing his job. Ohhh Billy, you really let me down!

All jokes aside- I'll just check Google review first next time so (at the very least) I have a heads up that the company is worthless.

The company I work for uses Crosstown on a regular basis. But the last two times they were extremely late. Today I called before 11 a.m. and advise them I needed a delivery in Manchester Tennessee taken immediately. They advised they would have a driver here at 1 p.m. 217pm the driver shows up and this is after I was sent to voicemail twice. No one can tell me why I was instructed at 11 a.m. that they would have a driver here at 1 p.m. and I told the customer they would have their delivery by 3 p.m. explain to me how you're going to get to Manchester Tennessee in 48 minutes. No one seems to care I'm pretty sure this will be the last time I ever used Crosstown. In the three hours I waited I could have almost drove there and back myself absolutely horrible response from customer service.

Started off well with communication indicating a delivery window of 1hr - 1.5hr. After 3 hours of no contact, and no delivery I contacted the company. The employee said he had delivered it in front of the garage, adn remembered it from the roof. For posterity, the courier was an intermediary for WayFair, and as such he rudely stated to call WayFair and hung up.

EDIT:
They ended up delivering it at the base of the hill to an neighbor.

They had my package for over a week before I actually got it. I had to keep calling numerous of times before I got someone on the phone. Finally talked to a man who say he didn't know why my package was not delivered as scheduled but would make sure it got delivered that day. Like he said, it was finally delivered that same day.
