What a miserable experience. No integrity. Called me to deliver some cabinets. They deliver in my area "only on Tuesdays", so we set the delivery for the next week. They said that they would call an hour before, which is required since I work 40 minutes away. However, I took the day off; no call, no show. Called them, expecting that they would come later that day but was told (without the person on the phone even checking) that they were done for the day. Called the next day and was told that the delivery would be the next week. Again, took the day off. No call, no show. Called again the next day and spoke with a different lady who said that the first lady would call me back; she never did. Called the next day and was again told that it would be delivered the next Tuesday (third week). No apology; no explanation. The THIRD Tuesday, I AGAIN took the day off. No call, but the truck DID show up. I lost count, but I was lied to at least 5 times, and no one ever called me, and I waited THREE weeks for my delivery. I escalated to the corporate office to the same effect. It cost me THREE vacation days. Horrendous service provided by people with little to no integrity. And their website spouts some garbage about "spreading the word of Christ". Hypocrites. One star is too many.
