The staff is nice. They open usually around 8:30 am. They will unload your trailer when Mexican truck come.
The docks are tight and have not much space for backing.
Lumper fees is $100.
Negative thing is they don’t allow you to park inside the yard and you have to park outside on the street all the time. They unloaded me around 10:30 am.

They start at 9AM. Employees Didn't show up til 9:11AM and get moving til 9:20AM. Lumper fee is $120 cash only. Cash ony.
