I went there for the first time today and it will be my last. Simply dropping off 2 packages and the way the lady looked down her nose at me and the tone she used was very unnecessary. When I told her I was dropping off and the packages already had labels, she came back with a sharp tone saying it will be $2 a package- different but not a problem. Or maybe I just looked like I wouldn’t pay or had $2 to pay. After we cleared that up, I still tried to small talk while she added tape to my packages and nothing not even a smile. When she finished I paid her and she handed me my change and I SAID THANK YOU- she said nothing! I then asked for a receipt, she said they didn’t give receipts but I could take a pic of the label on the box. Another lady chimed in and said the receipt doesn’t have the tracking info on it anyways I politely said I didn’t ask for a tracking number, I asked for a receipt. I need it to account for the money from the office. She then went back to the register and ripped the receipt off and handed it to me. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day and if so we all do but if we work in customer service, it’s our job to service our customers regardless. Although I’ve never had to pay to just drop off a package that already has a label, no problem it was still convenient and I would still have used them again but the service was horrible! No thank you I’d rather go out of the way going forward

I took package in for a return, that was purchased online, and to be sent to merchant. Postage and handling fees were already paid by merchant. An attempt was made to collect money for handling and I questioned the fee. In the end I walked out with the package. The woman whom I had to content with was not at all friendly. Abrasive and downright rude.

Great location. I always have hassle free service. For the ones that don't understand how the mail works, they have problems. But if you have correct postage or proper packaging they will take the package with no issues. Super quick service. I've never had to wait in line here.

9/10 experience. I was attempting to print my labels AND receive word about the times I would be able to have my package picked up by UPS. Easily informed and aided well, I would have my packages gathered, prepped and ready for send off by the woman behind the desk. Very thankful!

I have always had excellent and efficient service when I go to the Crisp Mailroom. Friendly service and a smile are included in the price of sending off a package. Because of convenience, I would much rather take everything here then the post office.

Our experience with Crisp mail room was professional, helpful and quick and efficient. FedEx on the other hand is a nightmare. Paid $64 to overnight a certification for job, and 2 days later, FedEx has no idea where it is, and if or when it will be delivered. 100% money-back guarantee, a joke.. FedEx does everything in their power to NOT refund the money. The lady at Crisp mailroom is doing everything in her power to help find the pkg and refund the money, because FedEx has played games all day. So, 5 stars for Crisp Mailroom..and a negative 10 for FedEx.

Went by to have something packaged and sent. One of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The woman did not speak one word to me until she asking mailing info. Tell me pricing and ask how I wanted it mailed, and total cost. I should have got my stuff and packaged and took to post office myself. Lesson learned, will never use this service again.
