These guys are really nice. I delivered here twice in 10 days. The first time it was beer cans/bottles. I arrived about 700 or 730 for 9AM appointment and was given a door right away. They had me unloaded in about 20 minutes. Bottles or can Loads back up to the doors facing the east, and there’s plenty of room. Yesterday I arrived 6 AM for 730 appointment and was given a door right away. This time My load was kegs, and I had to back up to the doors on the north side of the building. That can be a tight squeeze if other trucks are already there. They didn’t start unloading until about 8:15AM, but it took about 10 to 20 minutes, and I was still leaving by 9 AM. The guy was nice and even apologized for the wait yet was out of there within two hours of my appointment.

Crescent Crown is by far the worst distributor I have to deal with. I requested a tasting through my sales rep and it never happened. I then did my own research and ordering without the tasting. The order took 11 days to get to me in Central Phoenix. They then asked me to change my ordering day and my delivery day, neither of which work for us or our flow of business. I order through every other distributor in the valley on Saturday's and receive my order the following Tuesday, 3 days later. In order to deal with them as little as humanly possible, we are now only keeping 2 of their products and ordering in big bulk orders. If they had been better to work with, our entire beer list would be coming from them. Shame.

I had a job interview today. Very nice business. The interview went well and now I’m on to step two. Fingers crossed I get the job. Will update as I go.

Pull up and use call box. Once you enter the check in is on your left. Check in and they will assign you a door. Easy back if you don’t have kegs. If you got kegs you have to pull around back and it’s a tight back especially when trucks are at the dock. Unloaded in about an hour and a half.. if you got kegs they come out and let you know when there done. If you don’t have kegs you gotta wait till you stop feeling them in your trailer and then go back to the office and get paperwork.

Last week, in the morning, while waiting for service at the Circle K on Lindsey and University. (Which seemed to take forever) Huston was delivering beverages. The first thing I noticed was Huston's speed and efficiency. Usually I find delivery reps are plodding - unless it's late in their workday. Huston was also very polite, saying 'excuse me' if someone stepped in the way or needed to pass, and find a way around if a previous route through an aisle was being used.

When finished in the store, I went out and noticed that the crates of beverages weren't all stacked up by the entrance, but a bit to the side, not blocking the entrance. Huston had to take a few more steps, but wasn't obstructing the walkway or door and was was also quite polite and kind. Sad that it's so rare these days, but good to see it does exist in spots.

Unfortunately I have to give at least 1-star because I would certainly give 0 just on the blatant disrespect and disregard of the drivers. In my opinion, these "notices" are absolutely unprofessional and just plain ridiculous. "Don't disturb office staff"..oh, you mean the staff that has a ----ing job because I'm here!? "They need to be left alone", are you ----ing kidding me!? When their shift is over they get to go home without the concern of having enough hours to make it. We have federal guidelines to follow and if we need to get information as to how long we'll have to wait, then put THOSE tasks on hold and take time to inform the driver about his delivery that's helping this ----ing place stay operational. I can't imagine any other establishment telling the customers to "--ck off, we're busy and don't disturb us", but that's exactly what they're saying in a pg format. As soon as I start rolling as an owner operator I'm making it crystal clear that I'm not touching any loads to this ----ing place. What a joke.

Overnight parking on S Brooks Rd. 7a appt, checked in at 6:50a and got a door right away. Once you no longer feel the forklift in your trailer, wait 10mn & go back to receiving office and your BOLs will be on the wall. I was out and rolling by 8:45a.
