I have had nothing but problems with this company. They have people working there that should not be there. Not just CR Laurence but US Aluminum as well. They do not pay attention to details, the employee's are in there own little world. They don't give a shit about customer service. Quality is gone. This was once a good company.

I called on July 25 around 3:30 PM and this incompetent unprofessional reject from hell by the name of Fernando was at the other end of the line and I told him that I was looking for a locking mechanism for my sliding window that broke it’s a month old and it already broke so I wanted to purchase it and he just gave me hell That they can’t sell them ,,when all he had to do is order it for me, but since I have no breasts He said there was nothing he could do for me so this guy Fernando is just a complete disappointment to this company. If I was the owner he would be on the unemployment line or filing for EBT because he’s rude incompetent and very unprofessional.

I came here today to drop off some cladding. I was attended by Andrew Oceguera and Stan. They made me feel welcomed and processed my paperwork in a timely manner. The office was very clean and they even had free water. Bathroom was clean as well. I normally don’t have to drive here but I had a pleasant experience today. Thanks guys.
