They were super friendly, kind, patient, very professional, easy to talk to and to sum it up, awesome. Out of a one to ten scale YOU are an eleven. You rock 🤘. So im so grateful and thankful for a great person whom explained and experience and regiment this storage. I’m so thankful cause I spoke to a beautiful and great customer service person whom her name is Shadia. She explain everything and also have the great deal for my storage. Reliable, safe, affordable. Nothing fancy but my stuff stayed safe and dry for 3 years.

Update: I've rented another unit for a few months and Ms. Shadia has been prompt and responsive through the entire process. The rental contract opening and account closing are both easy and painless.

The best storage place in Northwest Arkansas the manager will help you with everything that you need! I would recommend County Line storage to everyone because of The manager, she Is the kindness person I haven't had any problems in the 7 plus years that I've had the storage unit!
