Excellent Service and Convenient Parking!
I can’t say enough good things about the Costco DCC in Hunter Atlant! The staff is incredibly efficient, with quick load and unload times that make it easy to get back on the road fast. Plus, they offer overnight parking, which is a huge relief for drivers who need a safe place to rest. I’ve had nothing but smooth experiences here. Highly recommend!

I am an inbound receiving clerk for the DDC and I strive at giving all our Driver’s great customer service when they enter into our warehouse. They often comment about how clean our warehouse is as well as the outstanding customer service that I give them. I greet them with a warm welcome, a smile on my face and, a bottle of water if they are thirsty all within a timely manner😊

Guards were very nice, load was not ready when it was supposed to be, came back next day and load still wasn’t ready, Costco then refused to give me an empty trailer to leave with even though I brought them one when I came to pick up the load that they never got loaded.

Arrived at 10:30am for an 11:00am appointment. Warehouse has about 110 docks. There was only 2 trucks docked at the time. Told to park and wait. 1 hour went by, at this point it’s 11:30. I walked to the guard shack and asked what was going on. They forgot about me. Only 3 trucks here and they forgot me. Gave me a door. There I sat for another 3 hours. Again, I never saw more than 2 trucks here. This facility is an embarrassment to Costco as usually their distribution centers are fast. Not this one. The two guard shack employees are inept in their job.
