Did not want to fix air conditioning. Fired me because I mentioned it stating I didn't feel comfortable operating the cab without proper ventilation it was 79 degrees outside in Orlando this day which Tuesday December 10 2024. So u can only imagine how hot it was within the sleeper berth.I also mentioned the sleeper berth being dirty I took photos and video to prove my point Mr Christian is thee worst operation manager I have ever met in my life all he cares about is the load getting delivered not you as a person. It has nothing to do with prejudice it's a multicultural staff. They have an issue with integrity and providing proper operating equipment the tractor I was originally signed to doesn't even work they are probably still trying to get it started they gave me another to use which had underlying issues I understand nothing will be perfect but u can't treat people less of themselves for exercising employee rights. I paid 40 dollars of my own money to repair over 12 holes in a trailer which I was told I'd be reimbursed for NEVER received it I did the math again and again and again. If it was repaid in mileage someones math is incorrect. I only worked for this company a week and a half. Ms Natalie Tucker appeared to kind until I spoke my mind to Mr Christian because he said that id be ok in the cab and that he checked the weather I'll be fine stated he has worked in those conditions without ventilation I replied everyone does not have the same body or DNA u cannot determine that. Funny thing is I read bad reviews before I applied and still gave it a shot. Worst decision I could have made. NEVER again if it was the last place on earth to work I'd rather die
