IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE TAKE IT TO SOMEONE WHO CARES, THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE!
When I rented my PO box from them they told me that they would send me a email when I received a package, BUT THEY DON'T. They told me they would put a slip in my box when I received a package, BUT THEY DON'T.
I asked the front guy at the counter about this because I hadn't been getting notices in my box of packages and I hadn't been receiving emails and told the guy I was expecting a package that I did not have a tracking number for and that I would appreciate a email when it was received, I found out a week later that my package was actually sitting on their shelf when I asked that question, I was told more than three times that my package was not there when it actually was and the people didn't care enough to actually take care of it and notify me when it came in, not receiving the package ruined my plans for the weekend but they don't care!
And now Amazon tells me that two packages have been delivered there and they tell me they don't have them, wonder where they could be, I obviously can't trust what they tell me because they don't care.

What an amazing experience to drive up, park and not have a line of people to stand behind. They offer all options for shipping and AJ went to great lengths to help save me $ as there was no urgency to the arrival of the package. He did the appropriate label for USPS and gave me a receipt with tracking info…so EZ and such efficient help. This is my new go-to place. No more dealing with the competition near Target. Try it and you’ll switch!!

I love this place. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I dropped off a 65 pound item that had to be packed and shipped. They were able to crate it properly a d ship it. They are very knowledgeable and courteous.

I wish I could give zero stars to be honest. I was really looking forward to having a central shipping option for all major entities, especially considering how often I ship domestic and internationally. I was surprised at how rude the representative at the counter was. A terrible attitude and complete lack of customer service. I love supporting small and local businesses but I absolutely value the service that comes with that and this was beyond subpar. I would rather pay more at UPS and receive their outstanding service or drive further to USPS for a cheaper option. What's worse, when I mentioned that I was willing to pay the higher cost compared to USPS but his poor service/attitude was making me think twice, he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't care one bit. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

love this location than the UPS store. Plenty of parking and never crowded when I come in. Im so glad this place is open. I don't have to fight for parking and get stuck near the starbucks drive thru lane. Friendly staff. Very fast and efficient.

Great shipping store, I can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL packages all in one store. It's also very convenient for people who do not buy labels online, you can ship packages with different shipping carrier options. Love to see a local shipping store as an option to ship and drop off packages very convenient.

So happy to have a close USPS drop off over here! I used to have to drive to the post office in Surprise. I needed help with printing a label and Carly was able to help me quickly. So friendly! Definitely recommend coming here
