I requested a tow from this company through my insurance company and they advised me that it would be 150 minutes. That time came and I called the number provided and no one answers. I then contacted my insurance company back and they was able to speak with someone and they advised them that it would be another hour. Then the driver texts and say they are backed up. But, after that 3 more hours past and they still have not shown up. I should have known because this is the 2nd time my insurance company have dispatched them. The first time I waited over 6 hours and they never showed up. I ended up having to leave my car on the side of the highway until the next morning. Horrible service. Horrible communication. I recommend that no one request there service.

Negative 5. Do we even have that? No response to phone calls or voicemails no customer service. Nothing. Why be in business if you can run your business. Been waiting for 5 hrs for the tow service. It’s 9pm and late and not safe and kids are tired and hungry. Close your business.
