Logan Bellamy is an absolute gem. Mr. Bellamy was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. He’s one of those people you immediately like. He did the jobs correctly, and efficiently. Mr. Bellamy installed a new house main water supply shut off valve and a pressure valve. He also replaced the hot water nipple pipe under the kitchen sink coming from the wall. Thanks, Pioneer, for hiring such a high quality individual.

Cooks has went downhill badly. I bought a brand new heat and air unit a year and 6 mo ago. The unit went down last winter and they expedited the parts and quickly had me up and running. Dean was over the situation, sadly he doesn't work here anymore. This winter my unit went down a technician came out to look at unit on Jan 14th and checked the unit out and discovered what was wrong. Cooks never approved my part to be ordered until Jan 20th. They finally recieved said parts and fixed my unit Jan 30th. I have called several times trying to contact a supervisor or manager but seems like they could honestly care less about the situation.

Logan Seagle did an excellent job with the service! He was very personable, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of the service he provides. Aaron and Hunter arrived on time, knowledge, courteous, prompt, on task, did great tune up for my 2 unis at unbelievably low cost and also rework job on 1 at no extra charge to revisited next day and corrected. Will get 2nd house tune up in couple of days and hope we get an another good technician. I highly recommend and will use service in future! Thank you!

Pioneer showed me today that they are a company that is accountable for the work they’ve done. Even on work that was performed 3 years ago & under different management. This is unfortunately becoming less & less common, & as a customer, I appreciate their accountability & will continue to recommend them as a trustworthy company. Charlie, the licensed plumber who came out to assess the situation, was very professional, personable, & took the time to explain things to me. I appreciated his understanding of the situation & his commitment to make sure everything was done the way it should be.

Awesome all the way around!!
Called in the morning at 8:00am because the AC unit was not working, the receptionist scheduled for a technician to come out the same day, Eddie (the technician) called when he was in route, got here, was able to troubleshoot and repair, and we are back to cool air once again.
I have had a bunch of AC work done by other businesses, and by far, Pioneer has been the best so far.
