The driver in truck 020982 was parked in the fuel island at a busy truck stop at a very busy time of the day today I'm talking 2 trucks stacked behind trucks already in all the fuel lanes busy. Guys like this are the reason these stackings happen in the first place. They're why a 15 minute fuel up can now take 45+ minutes. I got stuck behind him for 20 minutes before a space opened up for me to get behind a truck in the next fuel island over and I had to move fast to get in before the next batch of trucks came rolling in at the entrance. I thought maybe they were having trouble with the fuel pump only to see him walking to his truck with a bag of fast food and THEN he proceeds to fuel. The lady I talked to was very polite and understanding at this location when I called to report him. I normally 1 star these cases. NOT COOL.
