Limited overnight parking as this is a new facility still under construction, checked in early at 0700 for 0900 appt. Waiting on product. Very clean restroom, coffee and vending machines inside.Check in by door 1, staff is very nice. Will need a 356 number for pickup. Overall great experience here will definitely come back.

I would have departed sooner, but I did not turn my reefer on until I got here, which was my fault, not theirs.

Overnight parking, inside restroom (until 21:30) friendly staff, coffee and hot chocolate, they load you fast and sooner. Office for check in opens at 6:15

Very nice staff, fast loading, easy back into docks, clean bathroom and driver Lounge with a vending machine and free coffee. If only every shipper/receiver were as good! Great place to do business. Thank you Compass!

05.24.24 Here for pick arrive midnight on 23rd sleep in parking lot. The employee knocked on my door and asked me to check in before the time, and the loading was done. Cleen inside and restrrom.

When u checking ask how u load and how many partial pallets they load.If u don’t ask and don’t tell them how they load .They going to charge the extra fees on Reloading so be careful.They r strict on the appointment. Take 2 hours to load

Nice clean facility, friendly staff, easy in/out, plenty of room to maneuver, took about 2 1/2 hrs to load (not bad). Looks like they probably have parking available, looking forward to coming back. 8/13/24
