This is what they will charge you for a storage unit with a space large enough for the next one over to steal my belongings talked to manager and they believe that this is an acceptable repair not to mention damages to all of my belongings and now they are trying to charge me extra for leaving

I had my trailer stolen from Columbia s.s.. They didn't help me in any way! There is no one there ever. The manager lives in cottonwood. They new it was stolen before October 2023 and didn't refund anything except may 2024. So there are 7 months that they wouldn't refund. They basically don't care about renters. Both the manager and his boss are
A-holes! Good luck renting from them! 😁 🤟

Columbia Self Storage has been great, with recent remodeling and management changes, they have made the transition nice and smooth. I have had my stuff in it's current Storage facility for 10 yrs at the Wagon Wheel location in Show Low
Arizona. Columbia bought this location and I can honestly say my stuff feels alot more safer in their hands. Matt has been nothing but awesome he let me know everything that they are changing to ensure my stuff stays safe and secure with 24 hr surveillance, and many modern and updated technology. I received a call the second the old facility was bought and changed management. Matt keeps me updated to the T via email, text, or a call. His professional attitude and attention to customer service deserves an A+! Thank You Columbia Self Storage for making these much needed changes, and always reassuring me that my belongings are in great hand's!

I sold my home and had several weeks before I could move into my new home. I needed a unit immediately and Midway Storage easily accommodated me. I signed up for autopay, so I didn’t have to worry about my bill not being paid. When I was finally able to move everything to my home they were great about refunding me the balance of the month. I’m used to having to give 30 days notice, so that was a nice bonus. I highly recommend.

We use this facility for company purposes. We received a notice of lien sale dated 7/11, stating that if payment wasn't made by 8/5, our property would be sold at auction that day. The letter wasn't even postmarked until 8/13, which put us in a panic that our stuff was gone, and wondering why payment hadn't been made. (Turns out, they didn't send us invoices for 3 months.) Their voicemail says that their office hours are 3pm to 6pm. I called every hour they were open for two days, left a message each day, and got no response. Someone local went to their facility to check on our unit (thankfully it was still accessible to us, no overlock and our property hadn't been sold) and left a note to have them call me, no response. I finally emailed them asking for invoices so we could pay our bill, and they responded with a statement which included a late fee and lien fee. Interesting thing is, they don't actually reply to my email; they send all communication to my coworker who is the one who normally receives the monthly invoices. But since email seems to be the only method of communication they respond to, I emailed them again and told them we would pay the monthly rental amounts, but not the fees, as this was not our fault. Now we got another letter from them stating they're increasing the rental rate "on certain units." Our rate is going from $80 to $95. I have a hard time believing that's coincidental.

Amazing storage unit!! I have needed to have my things in storage for years and almost always have some sort of issue. Midway has been incredible in helping me get multiple units. Not to mention on of the safest facilities I have used. 10/10 recommend!

I was initially given a full unit. I called and got it corrected. When I went back to get my stuff out of my unit, neither PIN numbers to access the gate worked. I called the manager a dozen times and texted her. Thankfully I’m small and was able to slide under a large gap in the fence. I then had to carry all of my possessions across the storage facility and slide everything in the dirt under the fence. Zero response from the manager.
