I applied to this apartment some days back through their website named Providian of which I received my report instantly.

However, all efforts to reach out to the property manager proved abortive despite giving my friend the go-ahead to submit an application online which I did. I have checked their office at the University Terrace apartment more than 5 times but no one was there or able to attend to me. I also called their number several times but with no success. It came to a time when my calls were directed to automatic voice mail.

Please if you see this message, kindly get back to me and let me know the situation of my application.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! The absolute worse apartments to stay at in Tuskegee. The management is TERRIBLE! My unit doesn’t have any heat and hasn’t had heat since I moved in July 2022. It gets down to 55 degrees in my apartment during the winter. Other residents don’t have heat OR air and the management doesn’t do anything about it and acts like they don’t care. My toilet leaks and leaves a funky smell, my shower is always backed up with water, my hot water heater leaks. I could go on for days about how many problems I have with these apartments & the management. The maintience never responds and when they do come they never fix the problem. Then the property manager had the nerve to say he’s thinking about raising the rent! ? This place is a Joke! I can’t wait until my lease is up 0/10 DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND!!!
