I recently had the pleasure of using Coleman American Moving Services for my move, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The crew was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. Specifically Dillon Faulk, Daniel Watson, Kim Wilson, and Marquise. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and handled my belongings with great care. The communication was excellent, they kept me updated throughout the process starting out with a courtesy call as to when I should be expecting them (which goes a long way on moving day). We were satisfied with the two movers who assisted with our apartment move. Makiese stood out for being especially efficient. Since most of our belongings were already boxed or stored in totes, the process went smoothly.

(I highly recommend doing this. I kept telling my husband that it was their job but you should pack up the stuff you can if you want it to all get done in one day) They came around 9:30 AM and didn't leave until 5:30 PM (with a lunch break in between)

Contrary to some of the other reviews I read they did take care with the kitchen items we hadn’t packed yet. They took the time to individually wrap each piece and label everything thoroughly. Even with the items we had already boxed, they went the extra mile by adding additional packaging to prevent shifting and ensured everything was secure.

I rated four stars instead of 5 just because it rained all day. I really think they should have waited until another day. Either way they set some of the wrapped items on the wet ground after telling us they needed to wait to make sure nothing got wet.
It was okay most of our stuff was in plastic totes but that was frustrating. Overall though it could have been much worse. I was thankful they wrapped everything and labeled it so specifically.

Coleman was quick to reach out and schedule the packing dates for my PCS move. I was very lucky to get a great pack team. Pam, Kayla, and Lucas took their time to ensure all my highly breakable items were packed with care. Pam and Kayla returned the second day to finish the packing and inventory. They took time to review the process, paperwork and answered all my questions and concerns. It feels good to know people care about my move and belongings. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Threw all of our stuff in a box without a care. Multiple items broken. MOVE YOURSELF. 0 customer service. Left my motorcycle across the country after I signed them over for it and will be taking them to court. Avoid this company at all costs.

Today, Tristan Dobbs, Shuntavious Steward, and Daniel Watson worked at my house. They did a fantastic job. They are pretty solid and very respectful gentlemen. They don’t get five stars because there is always room for improvement to expedite their work or be better at it.

Update: Today (22 May 2025), Lucas Dobbs, Jehvonni Hogan, and Qual Daruis came to load my stuff. They did a very professional job, were very careful, and were very respectful of my family and me. They took longer than either of us, including them, wanted due to issues with the inventory of mechanical equipment. Other than that, everything was perfect.

But, as I said above, there is always room for improvement. Keep it up!
