Very clean and professional. They were so gentle with my 6 month old daughter. They really took their time to make sure I was comfortable with the location of her ear piercing. She also recieved a cute little crown, bravery certificate and cleaning solution for after care. Make sure to arrive 20 mins early to find parking. Reservations only for piercing so plan ahead. 100% recommend.

I bought some earrings from my brother but needed a box to give them as a gift. I called numerous stores to purchase just a jewelry box and all stores said no. I called Coby Madison and Linda said come in I have a box for you. She refused to let me pay for it and wished me a Merry Christmas as she handed it to me. Now that is customer service that no longer exists anywhere else. Thank you so much Linda and I will definitely be making my next jewelry purchase from Linda and her family. If she did this for a non customer I can only imagine how well she treats her customers. Thank you again ❤️

Had the pleasure of getting not one but two permanent bracelets done here! Nikki who does the process itself is so sweet and patten as she talks you through the process (she even offered to clean my wedding rings for FREE while she worked her magic). The jewelry is gorgeous and top tier quality. The pricing of the jewelry varies depending on what you get but it's all so worth it. This is a family owned business and that's how they make you feel like you're family! If you have the chance to stop here and shop you will definitely enjoy yourself and may leave with one or two sparkly new pieces!

Linda and Debbie were so helpful for me in the engagement ring selection prior to my proposal to my fiancé. It was my first jewelry purchase and they very patiently helped me understand the different characteristics of the diamond and properties of the ring. Great customer service and I absolutely love the ring I customized here! They did make it a size too small at first but they were quick to resize it! Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting an customize ring! Also their forever bracelets and anklet is super cute!
