Despite bad comments I rate this Shipper 5⭐️
Just call and ask in
advance if your shipment is ready. My product was ready upon arrival. I got door right away. Loaded within minutes.
Once loaded allowed to stay OVERNIGHT.
Very NEW facility, PAVED, SPACIOUS, EASY to back into the docks. Many parking spots. Pleasant staff. And most important they have SCALES and they are pretty ACCURATE.

Nice wide big yard for Truckers, Clean restroom for trucker and please keep clean…easy located Shipping office next to dock No 1 , Check in with Tablets and ring the bell located on middle of window also they have scale and only Charge $15 , Scale location is near the entrance guard office .nice and helpful Shipping Staff easy in nd out if load is ready… patience is key 🙏🏻

Service is no good ginger bearded dude at the office needs to work on his attitude. I asked if I could have short pallets pulled out and was charged 5 dollars a pallet. I believe it should be done on anyway so their product is safe. Bad experience all around

Worst place to load, California as a whole is not trucker friendly state but avoid this place if you can.Sitting here for 17 hours to get the load and when you ask about any update his response was “If you haven’t received a call that means your load isn’t ready yet.” They are slow as tortoise and rude as anyone in this state.

Very nice office staff. They are working out of a temp office next to Dock 5.
Was put in a dock immediately, loaded and paperwork in hand in about an hour including a couple of pallets transferred from a sister site. Handled the little hiccups professionally.
The construction is nearing the end. Plenty of room for O/N parking. They now have lights on the lot.

Worst experience lazy ass employee.Check in 12 o’clock afternoon Now 11:15 pm still waiting to get loaded. They have to shut down the place and go home.
